The Sound Wellness Institute Community Groups
Here is a list of the current access groups within the Sound Wellness Institute Community. We believe that community is an essential element of integrating the learning in our courses and in creating connections with like-hearted people. You will have access to the community for any programs you have invested in. Sound Wellness Practitioners have access to the Sound Wellness Practitioner Community and the Harmony Within Sanctuary. Those who have invested in Mastering Energetic Boundaries or the Zeal Point Chakra Activation will have access to their respective community. Each community is its own private area.
Below is a list of current groups within the community:
Sound Wellness Institute Practitioner Community
This group is for those who are in the Sound Wellness Practitioner Training programs. This is a place to connect with other practitioners, share questions, share resources, celebrate successes and find links to mentoring calls and other gatherings.
The Business of Business Mastermind
This group is for Sound Wellness Practitioners or those who are registered for the Business of Business course. The Business of Business Mastermind meets monthly throughout the year to share and mastermind on moving your business forward.
The Zeal Point Chakra Activation Community
The Zeal Point Chakra Activation Community Group is for those who have invested in the Zeal Point Chakra Activation process. This private group is a sacred space to join community meetups, ask questions, share experiences, share information, celebrate, and connect.
The Mastering Energetic Boundaries Community
The Mastering Energetic Boundaries Community is for those who have invested in the Mastering Energetic Boundaries Course. This private group is a sacred space to join community meetups, ask questions, share experiences, share information, celebrate, and connect.
The Harmony Within Sanctuary
The Harmony Within Sanctuary is the Sound Wellness Institute's membership community. It is a sacred space to ignite, or re-ignite, your spiritual practice with like-minded heart-centered people. It is a sacred place to strengthen, heal, find support, find inspiration, or support and inspire others.
This community is based on the premise that you are here with a gift that no one else can give to the world. This is a place where you can nurture that gift, and you, with spiritual practice.
Circles within this group include:
- Weekly meetups for the Abundance Mantra Practice Circle, the Card of the Week and the Weekly Chakra Toning Meditation.
- Monthly circles include the Medicine Buddha Healing Circle and Dreamer's Cocoon.
- Join in the Moon Ceremonies circle for Full and New Moon ceremonies.
- The Etheric Realms circle is where we celebrate the Solstices and Equinoxes.
- Share the Love circle is where you can share what you do and any events you may have coming up.

Will I be notified of upcoming live circles?
You will find your email notifications by clicking the arrow beside your image at the top right of the Sanctuary window. When that box opens, click "Settings" underneath "My Profile". This will open up a window to your profile.
Access the notification settings by clicking the word "Notifications" in the top left of your window.
In the Notifications window, you will see all the different ways you can receive notifications and edit what you would like to receive.
There will also be notifications in each circle's feed in the Sanctuary.
Will there be replays and where can I find them?
Replays of all live circle events will be listed under the Meetup Tab at the top of the Sanctuary main window. You will see replays for each circle you have joined.
How can I adjust the amount of email notifications I'm receiving?
You will find your email notifications by clicking the arrow beside your image at the top right of the Sanctuary window. When that box opens, click "Settings" underneath "My Profile". This will open up a window to your profile.

How can I update my payment information?
Update the card on file
For your Customers to update their credit card on file they will need to first log into their account on your site.
- After logging in, click on the Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
- Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
- Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Update next to the currently listed credit card.
- Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information.
- Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes:
