This 2 and a ½ day course is covers principles for audio recording. It will include
- Basics on selecting and positioning a microphone, speakers, audio interfaces, and Digital Audio Workstation program.
- Students will learn how to install a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation - we will be using free yet powerful 'Audacity') program, setup and use an audio interface.
- Learn techniques for capturing an audio signal, recording, and output.
Introduction to Audio Recording Techniques I supports your practice:
- Create audio meditations for clients or classes.
- Use your own audio or meditations to support clients in-between sessions.
- Grow your reach and influence on social media with the addition of your own audio tracks.

In my spare time, I continue to dabble writing music and sound imagery video projects.
I also work with people and communities of different abilities and from all walks of life.
Being able to open up a world of sound experiences to those who might not otherwise have those opportunities - is a wonderful way to connect.
I discovered the power of sound – how sound connects with our total being, how we can use sound to heal, restore and promote health, and an awareness of the many tools and resources that enrich our lives with sound.
